My Approach

Simplifying complex systems through thoughtful design.

I began my career in graphic design before earning my MS in User Experience and transitioning fully into UX. That foundation in visual design shaped how I approach problem-solving today—balancing thoughtful aesthetics with usability and clarity.

Over the past decade, I’ve led UX work across enterprise and ecommerce platforms, partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design experiences from discovery through launch. My work has included improving internal tools for operations teams, optimizing navigation and product discoverability, and simplifying onboarding workflows through research and experimentation.

Outside of design, I enjoy exploring creativity in other ways, often unplugging through art and hands-on projects that keep me curious and inspired.
