Process
All relevant resources, including Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and links, were consolidated into a single accessible platform. This central repository allows designers to quickly and easily access essential references for their projects.
"Lunch & Learn" sessions were organized for the design group, focusing on various testing topics. These sessions aimed to educate the team on effective testing techniques. Additionally, "Share Sessions" were conducted to encourage designers to present interesting tests they had conducted, fostering knowledge sharing among the team.
Monthly meetings were scheduled with leads from each design group. During these meetings, upcoming topics for the "Share" or "Learn" sessions were reviewed, and any updates, issues, or feedback related to ongoing projects were discussed.

The focus on knowledge sharing, consolidating resources, and creating an open feedback environment contributed to the overall progress in conducting tests and refining the design projects. Moving forward, the company can build upon these learnings to continue enhancing the design process and achieving its goals.
